Jermane C. Milton is a man of integrity and richly admonished as a pillar in the community of Wichita, Kansas for his positive impact in the lives of young people facing some of the same challenges that he has overcome. Since the age of fourteen, Milton has been blessed with the opportunity of directing. He began as one of the head soloists of the William T. Dwyer High School Divisions Concert Choir named Visions and The Show Choir known as Elan. He then furthered his musical calling at Florida Atlantic University (1999) where he was recognized with “Superior” ratings by the Florida Vocal Association on the national level participating in the Show Choir, the Men's Choir, and as a Vocal soloist.

Having moved from his hometown of West Palm Beach, Florida when he was only eighteen years old, Milton set out to fulfill one of his lifelong dreams of singing gospel music. Once moving to Wichita, Kansas he attended Wichita State University where he majored in Vocal Performance and minored in child psychology. He furthered his education by attending Ohio Christian University for seminary school. From there with a vision came a simple yet sincere name for his first group, Voices of Christ. Although going through hard times in life and becoming homeless, the Lord continued to bless Milton and helped him to found a young adult women's ministry called Alpha & Omega. Milton has been gifted with the ability to praise the name of the Lord through song despite the test, health issues, and challenges life has presented him with.

One of his most valued accomplishments that allow him the ability to interact with the youth and young adults of Wichita is through Exalt. This gospel ensemble was comprised of young adults between the ages of eighteen and thirty-five. The former ensemble known as Exalt was founded by Milton only one year after moving to the city. The Vision of the group was to minister to all, saved, unsaved, young and old, that they may all get to know and develop a personal relationship with Christ Jesus. Jermane C. Milton is also well known for hosting many events within the city of Wichita. These events include; hosting for psalmist Cecile Hines, seven solo concerts, many concerts featuring Exalt, hosting five Midwest Young Worshipper Conferences (Featuring Travis Greene, Isaac Cates & Ordained, Kyla Jade, Nick Reynolds and Family Affair, Kefia Rollerson, Ronnie Henderson and Great Praise, Pastors, Choirs, and Worshippers from around the Midwest Region), Fifteen EXALTfests which included Tonya Baker of Dayton, Ohio and Joshua Bracy & Power Anointed of Memphis, Tennessee. Milton has also traveled to Greenville, Mississippi to sing with gospel singer and songwriter Richard Smallwood, sang with R&B turned gospel artist Michael Speaks, sang back up for Céline Dion, gospel artist Stephen Hurd, Michael McDonald, and participated with gospel greats from across the nation during the Gospel Heritage Foundation’s Praise & Worship Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. In May of 2011, Pastor Milton & EXALT was invited to minister on The Word Network, The Bobby Jones Show. In June of 2011, Milton & EXALT also opened up for Earnest Pugh, in which Pugh had Pastor Milton lead “Hosanna” with him.
